biological and other life systems or investigate ways to modernize laboratory
and clinical procedures .
Frequently ,biomedical engineers supervise biomedical equipment
maintenance technicians , investigate medical equipment failure ,and advice
hospitals and installing new equipment .
Biomedical engineers work in hospitals ,universities
,industry ,and research laboratories .
