well what i learned about Glenn Cunningham (athlete ) was that he had an accident and by that accident his legs burn the doctores nedded to cut his legs but he was scared that his parents wouldnt give the doctors the autorisation o cut his legs but his parents said yes and the cut his legs but a couple of years later he was positive happy and he run again he won a silver

Duties and responsibilities: Monitor surveillance technicians observe the electrical activity of heartbeats which is graphically displayed on a series of monitors in cardiac care units of hospitals.  They examine these patterns and provide the results to physicians and nursing staff

• Gather and report heart pattern information on patients.
• Operate monitoring computers that simultaneously display multiple patient results. 
• Identify heart pattern changes and abnormalities.
• Clean and maintain equipment, battery packs, and wiring systems

 

Salary: $26,000 - $41,000

Education: Students wanting to become Monitor Surveillance Technicians should take math, science, and computer technology courses in high school.

duties and RESPONSIBILITIES: Health Sciences Librarians and Library Technicians collect and organize medical information and help practitioners find the information they need for patient care, education, research, and administration. 

Librarians select and acquire books, journals, and other library material.  They also establish electronic and digital database information systems.  They organize this information into collections and develop catalogs for access and provide reference assistance to patrons.  They coordinate and control budgets and supervise library technicians. 

Salary: $20,000 - $30,000 (Library Technicians) 
$35,000 - $55,000 (Librarians

EDUCATION: Students should take challenging high school courses in information management, science, math, and English. 

Health sciences library technician training varies by employer.  Some provide on the job training, but all prefer that students complete library technician programs at a community college or technical school.  Associate's degrees can be earned in many of these programs.

well I spend time with my family I went to this beautiful places  I don't know the name but it was nice I had fun with my family I bought  things for my little brother and for my little sisters my sister bought me presents and make food I helped her to fix the table for the family I loved doing that because its fun my little sisters helped me to all my family came over my house and we spend time talking about are family  memories   I was a little sad because I waned to spend the charismas with my mom and brothers but they were in Mexico so they couldn't   come over as my other family but I was happy because everyone was together  we eat tamales a Mexican food that it taste so good lol  well yeah that's all what I did on my 3 Week Christmas Break  :*

CLINICAL LABORATORY SPECIALIST

Research, look for, and provide the following:

Duties and responsibilities: Clinical Laboratory Specialists include both Clinical Laboratory Technicians and Clinical Technologists.  These professions are also referred to as Medical Laboratory Technicians or Medical Technologists. 
Both technicians and technologists perform laboratory work to identify, diagnose, and treat diseases. 

Clinical laboratory technicians use microscopes, laboratory equipment, chemicals and computers to perform laboratory procedures.  They also collect blood specimens and prepare culture media.  They conduct tests and prepare reports for clinical technologists or physicians.  

 

Salary: 20,000 - $28,000 (Clinical laboratory technicians) 

Education: Students should take the most challenging high school courses in, science, math, and English. 

An associate's degree in the field or completion of a specialized in-house training program is required to become a clinical laboratory technician.
