Chiropractors treat patients by manually adjusting parts of humans body , especially the spine .Chiropractors and their patients believe that problems with bone  and nerve alignment can cause illness  and problems in other parts of the body, a  view not widely accepted by allopathic physicians and other traditional medical practitioners .

Chiropractors manipulate their patient’s spinal columns for treatment .They many prescribe specific diets or exercises, but not drugs .

Chiropractors cannot perform surgery .
