Duties and responsibilities: patient representatives work for healthcare administrator to address the concerns and special needs of patients and their families. They evaluate patient satisfaction, investigate complaints, and collect information about patient’s dissatisfaction, work with departments to resolve patients problems, and educate staff.

Salary: $20,000 - $ 40,000

Education: requirements differ, but most employers prefer collage graduate with backgrounds in health or social services.
